Returns & Refunds Policy

At DigiVision Optical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the medical nature of contact lenses, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds. Please review the following carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Unopened, sealed boxes of contact lenses may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging with factory seal intact.
  • Opened, used, or tampered-with boxes cannot be returned or refunded for health and safety reasons.

2. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

  • If you receive the wrong product, a defective product, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

3. Prescription Errors

  • If the lenses you receive do not match your prescription due to our error, we will replace them at no cost.
  • If the error is due to an incorrect prescription provided by the customer, the return may not be eligible. We encourage customers to double-check prescription details before placing an order.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for unopened, sealed boxes of contact lenses.
  • If you wish to exchange for a different prescription or brand, please contact our customer service team. Price differences may apply.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used boxes of contact lenses.

Shipping Policy

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed before [insert cutoff time, e.g., 2:00 PM EST]).

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the carrier, delivery method, and destination.
