Domestic & International Delivery
The delivery of items which are in stock may take approximately 3-5 working days, while items that are not in stock may take 7-10 working days.
All contact lens orders via standard shipping will be FREE.
Deliveries are fulfilled via UPS, USPS or Courier.
Shipping timescales (standard delivery): 3-5 working days.
Shipping Timescales (express delivery): 1-3 working days.
Express Shipping
All contact lens orders via express shipping will be $15.00
When selecting an express shipping option, please note that delays may occur out of our control such as weather, holidays, flight cancelations etc. If this happens, we cannot refund any express shipping charges.
If orders are received before 10:00am Monday - Saturday, your order will ship on the same business day. If orders are placed on Sunday, the order will be placed on Monday.
Unfortunately, we are not shipping international packages currently.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We are always here to help our customers and we understand that on occasion, purchased items need to be returned.
Under the Consumer Rights Act, customers have a 14-day right to cancel, this legal right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
Refunds are offered (excluding delivery charges) with products that you wish to return.
Items are only eligible for a refund if they have not been opened, used, or damaged and if they are in their original condition.
However, if we have made a mistake with your order or the goods are faulty, then we will be happy to offer a refund of all costs, which also includes money spent on postage and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
We are happy to accept returns from online orders within 21 days of purchase for a full refund, after an inspection of the product is performed. Items are required to be unopened, undamaged, and in good condition. Delivery charge will not be refunded.
Once accepted, refunds will take up to 3-5 working days to reflect in your account. If you do not see your refund, please check with your bank once again and confirm.

Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges for Contact Lens products.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us to do so as soon as possible by phone 517-903-3444 (DIGI) or 517-901-3444 (DIGI) or email at manager@digivisionoptical.com.
Any cancellations made during working hours, before your item has been dispatched, will be accepted. If your item has already been dispatched, we will be unable to make any amendments to the item.
Successful cancellations will be refunded within 3-5 working days, dependent on your bank.
